Spring Valley

Nestled in the Las Vegas township of Clark County, Nevada; Spring Valley is an unincorporated town located 2 miles west of The Strip. With a population of close to 200,000 as per the 2010 census, this ever-growing community was formed in 1981.

Previously, the land was occupied by Stardust International Raceway. Pardee Homes purchased the land and began developing this master-planned housing community. The name Spring Valley is a reference to the beautiful views of the Spring Mountain and its location in the Las Vegas Valley. Originally, the town was only 1 square mile; but now spreads 34 square miles. Spring Valley holds the majority of the Las Vegas Valley’s southwest quarter.
